Over the years they have learned that to be successful in business you have to put the customer first. That is why they strive to find the best solution for every client even if it means telling them that other solutions are better for their situation.

Co-Owner
I’m Matthew Spence, a lifelong entrepreneur from Steele, Missouri. I’ve spent my career building businesses in shipping containers, storage, and real estate — always with a focus on creating value and satisfied customers.
As Co-Owner of Tri-State Container Solutions, I help customers find the right container solutions, from standard units to custom builds like offices, cabins, and tiny homes. I also own and manage several real estate and storage companies across Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
What drives me is simple: building strong relationships, delivering honest service, and investing in my community. My goal is to grow businesses that not only succeed but also bring opportunity and jobs to Steele, MO, the place I’m proud to call home.

Co-Owner
I’m Jonathan Spence, Co-Owner of Tri-State Container Solutions. Born and raised in Steele, Missouri, I’ve built my career around containers, storage, and construction — always with honesty and integrity at the core of everything I do.
Beyond business, I’ve dedicated much of my life to serving my community. I’ve had the privilege of serving as Mayor of Steele, volunteering as a firefighter, and staying active in the Steele Youth League. Steele isn’t just where I work — it’s the only place I’ve ever called home, and it’s where I’m raising my family with my wife and our three children.
What drives me is simple: building businesses that create opportunity, treating customers like neighbors, and giving back to the community that has given me so much.
